Special gift with purchase program runs through Dec. 12; Mall Concierge offers new services
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (December 4, 2008) – This holiday, it pays to shop at La Palmera – literally.
A special holiday gift with purchase program kicked off Dec. 1 and is now underway through Friday, Dec. 12. Shoppers who bring $350 in same day receipts to the La Palmera Concierge on the mall’s main level will receive a reusable La Palmera canvas tote bag, a $10 La Palmera Gift Card and two vouchers for the new valet parking service. Shoppers can now drop off their cars at the valet stand located near the main entrance adjacent to South Padre Island Drive.
“We want to enhance the shopping experience for our customers,” said La Palmera General Manager Fred Walters. “Our gift with purchase program and improved concierge services are our way of saying thanks to our customers and letting them know how much we appreciate their business.”
The La Palmera Concierge has added new services for customers, saving them time and gas. In addition to common services such as providing information on mall merchants, acting as lost and found, selling gift cards and renting strollers and wheelchairs, shoppers may now also purchase stamps, mail letters, make copies and send faxes. Concierge attendants will also give and print directions to locations around town, contact Green and Go Cab, locksmiths for customers who have locked keys in the car and provide job listings from mall merchants who have open positions.
