T.J. MAXX AND HOMEGOODS READY FOR GRAND OPENINGS AT THE SHOPS AT LA PALMERA
Victoria’s Jewels also celebrating 35th anniversary with grand opening of new store

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (November 13, 2013) – T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods two of the nation’s leading value priced retailers will open next week at The Shops at La Palmera.

The two stores will open Sunday, November 17, at 8 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

This is the first Corpus Christi location for T.J. Maxx, the retailer known for its rapidly changing assortment of fashionable, quality brand-name merchandise, as well as HomeGoods, specializing in home fashions and furniture, decorative accessories and giftware. The two are located adjacent to one another and share a 44,750-square-foot space with separate entrances. Once inside, shoppers can move freely between the two stores.

Victoria’s Jewels will also celebrate its 35th Anniversary with a grand opening of its newly remodeled store at The Shops at La Palmera. The event will be held Friday and Saturday, Nov. 22-23, from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. each day with a trunk show featuring the Bellari colored gemstone collection along with hors d’oeuvres and chocolates.
