COMING SOON — PALENQUE GRILL and TACO PALENQUE

Construction is now underway on Palenque Grill and Taco Palenque.

The new 8,920-square-foot casual dining Palenque Grill is located adjacent to Dave & Buster’s and the new 4,500-square-foot Taco Palenque quick-service restaurant and drive-thru will be located near Firestone off Staples Street.

Both are the creation of owner Juan Francisco “Pancho” Ochoa, the founder of the popular El Pollo Loco restaurant brand, and are expected to open summer 2023.
