Where is La Palmera located?
La Palmera is located at 5488 S. Padre Island Dr. in Corpus Christi, Texas. For driving directions, please see our Directions and Parking page.
What are La Palmera’s general hours?
Mon–Thurs: 10PM–8PM
Fri–Sat: 10PM–9PM
Sun: 11PM–6PM
Restaurant, Department Store and Holiday Hours may vary.
Is La Palmera open on holidays, or have special hours?
We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
For added holiday shopping convenience, La Palmera offers extended mall hours during the month of December. We do close early on July 4, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Does La Palmera offer on-site security?
The safety of our guests and mall employees is always a priority. Security personnel are on site 24/7 to ensure a safe environment, but if you have an actual emergency, you should always dial 911 first.

Where is the Lost and Found located at La Palmera?
Our Lost and Found is located at the Concierge desk on the main level near Forever 21. Should you need further assistance, or would like to call in advance to check on an item, you may do so by dialing (361) 991-5718.
Parking Questions
What types of parking are available on site?
La Palmera offers guest a variety of convenient parking options.
Covered Parking: Convenient multi-level parking garage off McArdle Rd. with direct mall access.
Open Parking: More than 4,500 ground-level spaces in our parking areas located around the Center.
“E” Parking: Specially marked spaces for guests with fuel-efficient and low-emissions vehicles.
Valet Parking: Only $5 and available daily beginning at 11 a.m. at two locations — the main entrance between P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, and in front of the food court entrance near The Cheesecake Factory.
Valet parking is always free to guests with a disabled parking permit.
Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?
Yes, two free vehicle charging stations, including a Tesla High Power Connector, the only public Tesla connector in the Coastal Bend, are located off McArdle Road adjacent to Center’s exterior wall in the parking area between JCPenney and Macy’s. The chargers are free to the public and available during regular mall hours on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where can I find a schedule of events?
Go to the Events tab and click on Calendar of Events for the latest schedule.
How do I schedule an event at La Palmera?
Go to the About tab and click on La Palmera Cares where you’ll find community involvement info, including the link to submit an event idea application for consideration.
How do I submit a donation request?
Donation requests should be emailed to info@lapalmera.com or mailed to 5488 S. Padre Island Dr., Suite 2000, Corpus Christi, TX 78411. Please include proof of non-profit status as well as any other relevant information with your request.
