Making A Difference in the Community Through La Palmera Cares
Throughout the years, the La Palmera Cares making-a-difference initiative has helped raise awareness and much needed funds for a variety of organizations and events on a local and regional level, through special events, fundraisers and awareness campaigns designed to assist charitable organizations and encourage community involvement. The program reflects the mission of La Palmera’s management company, Trademark Property Co., to be extraordinary stewards, enhance communities, and enrich lives.

Community Partnerships
La Palmera regularly works with groups and organizations in an attempt to showcase local talent, including entertainers and artists, cultural exhibits and civic events open to local residents.
Guests can enjoy examples of these partnerships throughout the year including local groups taking advantage of our Community Booth to provide services and information, free live performances on The Stage at La Palmera, works of local artists showcased throughout the mall, including those as part of a partnership with K Space Contemporary art gallery, along with many other community-centered events.
Annual Events and Ongoing Opportunities
Change for Charity
Change for Charity is one of the earliest community efforts established at La Palmera. Each month, money tossed into the Center Court fountain is collected and presented to a predetermined local non-profit organization. Since January 2010, more than $100,000 has been given to dozens of local non-profits.

Community Booth
La Palmera has a booth available for use by qualifying local non-profit organizations. The 8′ x 10′ booth is located near Kay Jewelers and must be scheduled a minimum of 10 days in advance.
