SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN

Santa’s Premier Arrival, presented by Physicians Premier ER, kicks off the Coastal Bend holiday season  

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (Oct. 24, 2025) — La Palmera will officially kick off the holiday shopping season on Wednesday, Nov. 5, with Santa’s Premier Arrival, presented by Physicians Premier ER. 

Thousands of guests are expected once again to attend the free, family-friendly event throughout the mall from 5–8 p.m., including live music and entertainment, arts and crafts, face painting, balloon twisting and special activities.

At 6 p.m., Santa will make his red carpet arrival outside the mall’s main entrance, preceded by the King High School Mustang Band, who will then lead him to Center Court to begin taking photos with boys and girls.   

"La Palmera is pleased to host the annual arrival of Santa here in the Coastal Bend,” said Amanda Sanchez, La Palmera general manager. “We look forward to it every year, as do our local community members, thousands of whom have come out in force to take part since we started the tradition in 2008.”

Photos with Santa, presented by Physicians Premier ER, will be available by reservation or walk-up during mall hours, beginning the evening of Nov. 5 through Wednesday, Dec. 24. Photo packages start at $34.95 with other items available for purchase. Reserved photo times will be available with an LP SnapPass, which can be booked online at lapalmera.com.
